The cake drum is a thick, aluminum-coated cardboard cake stand, usually silver, but available in other colors, 12 or 13 mm thick.

This 17 cm-diameter cake drum is a heavy-duty cardboard round (1.2 cm thick) in a golden color, which will support the weight of all your small cakes without bending or warping.

They are reusable, provided you take good care of them: protect them with a thin cardboard cake stand of the same diameter as your cake when cutting.

Their use is recommended on the trays of display stands for pièces montées.
