This professional silicone mold makes 15 flans, 5 cm in diameter.

And sublimate their representation by placing them on cake stands.

Siliconflex® molds are flexible, non-stick, injection-molded from pure food-grade silicone and can withstand continuous use from -60°C to +230°C. They can be used for everything from freezing to baking.

The trays can be placed in a hot oven straight from the freezer without any risk of damage.
